Everything on this site is general information. It does not replace an inspection by a licensed plumber, and it is not legal, insurance or safety advice. Local facts, such as housing or sewer details, come from public sources and may change.

Service, pricing and warranties

A plumber must see the problem before a price can be given. We confirm a clear price before work starts, and work begins only after you agree. Any warranty on parts or labor is the one the contractor provides at the visit. This site does not create any other warranty.

Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

Arrival timing

Weather, traffic, train crossings and call volume affect timing. We give our best estimate by phone, but we do not guarantee any arrival time. Same-day appointments are offered when available.

If a plumber is delayed, we will tell you by phone as soon as we know.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information about the problem and the address. You also agree to provide safe access to the area where the work is needed, including a clear path to the main shutoff, water heater or drain.

Please keep pets secured and tell the plumber about any hazards, such as a gas smell, standing water near electrical equipment or damaged flooring.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website or relying on its content. Nothing here limits any right you have under Illinois law that cannot be waived, or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
